Terms of Service

1. Payment and RefundsMethod: Payment is accepted through CashApp ONLYUpfront: 50% or 100% payment is required before I start workRefunds: No refunds will be issued once payment is sentPricing: Prices are subject to change in the future2. WaitlistRequest: If you request a commission while I am currently working on another piece, I will message you to let you know if your request is accepted or not and tell you your official number in the queue linePayment Timing: There is no need to send payment until I have given you my full attentionChanging Your Mind: During the wait, if you happen to change your mind, tell me upfront rather than waiting for me to respond to you3. The ProcessVisual Idea: You must provide a clear idea, description, or visual referencesHow to Pay: I will send a CashApp Request for the payment. Please do not send funds manually unless asked.Checkpoints: I will provide updates during the Sketch and Lineart phases to ensure the project is on the right track (feel free to ask for more updates if needed)Delivery: You will receive 2 files: one with a watermark and one without.4. RevisionsRevision Limit: After 2 free revisions, an additional fee will be applied for any further changes (Note: Paying 100% upfront does not exempt you additional fees).Major Revisions: Any change that requires redrawing a significant part of the piece will incur a fee, even if it is your first request (Changing the character's pose or switching the character's clothing, major hair restyling, turning a bust into a thigh-up)Full Redraw: If a full pose change is requested, it will be treated as a restart, and the client will need to pay half of the base price of the commissionArtist Errors: Any mistakes made on my end (missing markings, stray pixels, color bleed, etc.) will be fixed for free5.ConductRight to Refuse: I have the right to decline a commission if I feel my skill doesn't meet the requestBehavior: Any aggressive, rude, inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of your commission6. Deadlines and DeliveryEstimated Time: Delivery usually takes 3 days to 2 week from the start dateFlexible Delivery: Just because the timeframe limit is 2 week does not mean I will always take that long; I may finish sooner depending on the projectFinal Delivery: The final, unwatermarked high-resolution image will be sent via Email to ensure the best qualityNo Hard Deadlines: I do not accept commissions with strict or "rush" deadlines7. Post-Delivery and File ManagementPost-Delivery Revisions: You have 2 weeks after final delivery to request minor fixes. After that window closes, the commission is considered fully completedLost Files: I keep permanent backups of all finished artwork. If you ever lose your final PNG file, you can always reach out and I will gladly resend it to you8. Rights and UsageRights: I own the rights to the artworkPersonal Use: You may use the art for avatars, wallpapers, and personal printsReposting: Reposting is okay, but you must give me creditProhibitions: No commercial use. No AI training or NFT
